Program Improvement Leadership Track
With the program improvement leadership track, you'll gain detailed insight into the concepts and approaches that are crucial to effective educational program planning and evaluation. Your coursework will focus on your responsibilities as a leader to evaluate programs in order to improve teaching and learning. You'll also learn how to plan, develop and implement substantial professional development, and how to prepare and write grant proposals for funding school program improvement projects.
