Strategic Leadership Track
If you have broader interests in leadership or leadership consulting, the strategic leadership track can take you deeper into the subjects of ethics, systems, globalization, customer management, performance, planning, strategic analysis and organizational design, building on what you learn in the core program.
The coursework will prepare you to take on a number of possible roles at organizations of all types and sizes. Those roles might include an in-house or external consultant, leadership or organizational adviser, or professional coach focusing on individual performance evaluation and development.
