Our Staff

Quinnipiac University Online provides support for all online programs and courses at Quinnipiac University. This division is comprised of three teams: admissions, instructional design and administrative support.

Our admissions team has extensive experience in higher education. A member of the admissions team is available Monday through Saturday to answer your questions via e-mail, phone or live chat.

Our instructional design team works with faculty members to develop courses that are designed to meet the educational needs of students. Team members use their experience in curriculum design and knowledge of multimedia tools to create the best possible online learning experience for students.

The members of the administrative support team provide solutions for administrative and technical questions for students taking online classes, as well as faculty members. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Members are trained in technical resources and are available seven days a week via phone or e-mail.
